We has gradually completed Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system since 2002 to enhance profitability is an evolving economy.
　　Now what are going to be produced? When to start? What materials are needed? When should PO be issued? Multiable ERP system helps us figure all these out. Capacity Resourse Planning (CRP) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP) benefit our enterprise by reducing excess inventories, without sacrificing flexibility and customers' satisfaction.
　　For instance, as production module is integrated with sales, stock, purchase etc. system can generate ready and non-ready material quantity instantly, convert material request list to PO automatically and send to purchase department.
　　System, by merging all production factors, e. g. products / BOM listing, production period, production line operating hours and efficiencies etc, calculates when should each production job starts, when should material be ready and when should semi-products be produced according to ETD (estimated time of departure) provided or vice versa, calculates ETD by according to existing production factors.
