Test Laboratories

    In the aspect of controlling product's quality, Xuzhou Everbright Sinsing Ductile Iron Pipe Co. LTD. (DIP) strictly accords to BS4772, BS EN545 & international standard of ISOI 2531:1998 (E). DIP has Quality Controlling Department and has 25 technical staff. We set up Analysis lab before furnace, Mechanics lab, Metallographic analysis lab, Chemical analysis lab and finished product inspect.
Analysis lab before furnace with 126m 2 has optical spectrographics Analysis Machine from U.K. It can analysis 20 elements in 45 seconds. With the help of this machine, DIP strictly controls composition of liquid iron.
    Mechanics lab with 3 stores building of 970m^2 has WE-200 universal testing machine and other machines. This machine can test technical character of pipes.
    Metallographic analysis lab has XJG05 metallographic microscope. This machine can control the graphitized and annealing quality.
    Chemical analysis lab controls the quality of every kind of materials and check the information from optical spectrographic's analysis machine.
    Finished product inspect will inspect every pipes through in order to ensure pipes without any flaw, including Hydraulic Testing Ring-pressing etc.
    With this inspect method, DIP ensure that inside quality, outside quality, size is confirmation to BS4772, BSEN545 or ISO2531:1998 (E).
